The Community Council meetings are held on the last Tuesday of every other month at Caffi Beca, Efailwen, 7.30pm.

Any issues that the public wishes to raise must be sent in writing to the Clerk (see Contact page) seven days prior to the following meeting, or verbally to any of the Council Members.
Members of the public are able to attend meetings. If you wish to attend, please contact the Clerk 5 days prior to the meeting to allow time for the necessary arrangements to be made. This includes organising a simultaneous translation service if required, as all meetings are conducted through the medium of Welsh.
